Each day God gives us the opportunity to lead and make a difference. Leadership opportunities happen everywhere all the time. This could be at work, at school, when we serve or even when we parent our kids. In the Bible Proverbs 27:14 says, "Without vision, people perish." Leadership and discipleship go hand in hand for what we want to do and see happen. In my experience the best way leaders learn is from one another and the opportunities God gives us. Because of this, I would like to invite you to join me in a leadership book study. There is nothing fancy about this. In this book study we do three things:
1. Pick a book to read.
2. Meet.
3. Discuss.

Residency Program & Internships
CHURCH PLANTING RESIDENCY: Have you ever had the idea and felt called to start a new church? Either the idea got you excited, scared or both?! Whatever the case may be, we want to come alongside you and train you with the necessary tools. Each residency lasts 1-2 years with the completion goal of being sent out to start a new church. In our program, residents will have a hands on learning experience under the tutelage of Pastor Mike Hewitt and Dr. Ed Love. Both whom have a passion for church multiplication and seeing more people become disciples that make disciples. The residency is a full time leadership training program designed to give hands on working experience. Residents work a total of approximately 25'ish hours per week.
