Our church planting residency is a 1-2 year program designed to equip you for life in full-time ministry as a church planter.
Church Planting Residency
Have you ever had the idea and felt called to start a new church?  Does the idea get you excited, scared or both?!  Whatever the case may be, we want to come alongside you and train you with the necessary  tools.
Each residency lasts 1-2 years with the completion goal of being sent out to start a new church. In our program, residents will have a hands on learning experience under the tutelage of Pastor Mike Hewitt and Dr. Ed Love. Both whom have a passion for church multiplication and seeing more people become disciples that make disciples.
The residency is a full-time leadership training program designed to give hands on working experience. Residents work a total of ~25ish hours per week. Housing is included and residents are paid each month.
